High technology of the world, the future products
In the world, the production technology and products of clinker paving-brick have been appeared several decades ago, but only in highly developed countries such as America, Canada, Japan and some European countries ... The developing countries hardly have any due to its complexity of the technology so production cost is quite high.
At the moment, Clinker paving-bricks are considered as the products only for the luxury works for the rich! Therefore, we can say, the Factory is "The General Work" of the members in the VIGLACERA Great Community, in order to grasp the need in construction of the "near future" and "future" - when our country and the people moving forward as the "industrial development" and "more rich" country in tens years. In the immediate future, it is possible for exporting to the countries in need of this kind of products in the region and in the world. It is the responsible cooperation in "the trend of" development; for the future of the construction material production specializing in baked clays as required by the domestic and international consumption progress.
To obtain the contribution in construction of "General Factory" is, first of all from the ideas of key leaders of VIGLACERA General Company and Ha Long VIGLACERA JSC. Therefore, in the structure of the initial capital contribution share indicated clearly the meaning of "pioneer" and "the first leader" of the "starters": VIGLACERA General Company: 20%, Ha Long VIGLACERA JSC: 20%, Dong Trieu VIGLACERA JSC: 15%, Dong Anh VIGLACERA JSC: 10%, Tu Liem VIGLACERA JSC: 10%, Ba Hien VIGLACERA JSC (Vinh Phuc): 5%, Huu Hung VIGLACERA JSC (Tu Liem): 5%, VIGLACERA Engineering & Construction JSC: 5%, Ha Long I VIGLACERA JSC: 5%.
The main tasks of the VIGLACERA Clinker Brick Factory is to produce and trade the products of paving-brick, clinker tiles; two basic product lines: clinker luxury paving-bricks and tiles with and without enamel by large size (the current usual tile is of 22 units/1m2, while new clinker tiles of the VIGLACERA Clinker Brick Factory is of only 10 units/1m2).
The total construction cost of VIGLACERA Clinker Brick Factory(total investment) is VND 400 billion including the value of machines and equipment purchase: ~ VND 238 billion: the construction cost: ~ VND 66 billion; the spared cost, the interest, the trial production, the project consultancy, site leveling: ~ VND 68 billion ; VAT: ~ VND 28 billion.
The total construction area of the VIGLACERA Clinker Brick Factoryis of 15ha including the main production workshop of 3 ha, the supporting facilities (working offices, selling homes, and engineering workshops) of 0.5 ha, the pre-processing area of 6ha, the internal road of 1.5 ha, an area of 4ha for tree planting...
In the overall technical side, the VIGLACERA Clinker Brick Factoryhad applied the maintechniques - technology of the German Federal Republic, but was selected to purchase the retail devices in the countries where the production of this product line was traditional and innovative. Main unit (including extruders, pressers, drying tunnels which are the "core" parts of the Factory) were brought from German. The system processing raw materials were purchased from Italy. Baking kilns were purchased from China (with the half cost bought from German both appropriate with "coal gasification" technology and compliance with the strict environmental standards of the Environmental Law); the self-carriage system of products in the Factory was by domestic production.
The Factory uses "cool coal gasification" fuel, so clean gas ensuring the advanced products and enameling products. Due to using "frequency" facility (in the entire chain), the wasted energy is not occurred by redundant capacity during operation.
The VIGLACERA Clinker Brick Factoryis the first clinker paving-brick and tiles production in Vietnam with the most current modern structure and machine system in the world; therefore the labor force to operate is also quite simple: using about 50 - 60 specializing engineers, 200 trained professional workers and about 40 - 50 employees for other services.
VIGLACERA Clinker is really “ever durable with the time"
The clinker paving-bricks and roofing tiles after releasing to the market, will certainly become the popular products of the modern construction due to the remarkable features of "ever durability with the time" and other special aesthetic values. The products are being baked in the very strict heat system ensuring the total "agglomeration” after baking process,therefore the products of the Factory absorpting the water from 0 to less than 3% which they are never being to get moss, slip-resistant, safe for humans (while the bricks and roofing tiles of the current market with the moisture of 5 - 14% that they are easier to get moss and causing danger in daily activities).
The product lines of clinker paving-bricks and tiles contained special "characteristics”: resistant to extreme environments such as acids, salts, heat shock (large and sudden temperature changes with ultra-low expansion (less than any ordinary tiles and bricks). Thus, they can not be scaled off the floors and walls.
There are very specific technical criteria in VIGLACERA clinker paving-bricks in order to produce the products resistance with big bending forces than any ordinary bricks. The producers have manipulated the VIGLACERA clinker paving-bricks with the thickness is larger than ordinary bricks by each size category (up to 15mm thick for the 300mm size, 18mm for 400mm and 24mm for 500mm).
After completion of construction, the Factory will have the production capacity of 2 million square meters per year of clinker paving-bricks and tiles products. From the product lines, that will create a solution "to provide the overall products" for each of the current and future luxury works. Therefore, the product line of VIGLACERA clinker paving-bricks and tiles is of the most high-tech in the world. It is assumable the leading mission and consuming orientation for the modern construction (but still strong traditional characters) and exporting the construction materials to the world by the high rank, really durability with the time!
We admire the producers of VIGLACERA General Company who dared to be "The First" creating the first unique product line in Vietnam. Many difficulties and challenges are still ahead, especially in the market challenges, however we believe that the team of the Factory will be successful. Then, the production line of clinker paving-bricks and tiles will be in no small position, contributing in the "Vietnamese high quality" products to integrate widely into the world economy - of which Vietnam is a WTO member.
