Vietnam's construction ceramic industry has had strong development in both quantity and quality

That is the assertion of Deputy Minister of Construction Nguyen Van Sinh at  a Opening Ceremony of the International Exhibition on machinery, technology and materials for the Ceramics industry 2023 (Asean Ceramics Exhibition 2023) that is taken place in Hanoi, on November 28^th. The exhibition lasts for 3 days, from November 28 to November 30.

The 2023 international exhibition of machinery, technology and materials for the ceramic industry is co-organized by the Ministry of Construction, MMI Asia Company of Messe München GmbH Group (Germany) and the Vietnam Building Ceramic Association (VIBCA).

Speaking at the Opening Ceremony, Deputy Minister of Construction Nguyen Van Sinh emphasized that, in recent years, the Government, the Prime Minister, ministries and branches have promulgated many legal documents, strategic projects such as the Construction Law; Decree on management and development of building materials and guiding Circulars; Vietnam's building materials strategy for the period 2021 - 2030, orientation to 2050... and has many executive instructions to create favorable conditions for the development of building materials, including building ceramic materials. 

Localities are active in calling for investment attraction and speeding up project appraisal and approval procedures. Enterprises are also actively investing, implementing and putting into operation projects to produce ceramic tiles and sanitary wares that ensure domestic construction needs as well as export. "It can be said that in the past 20 years, Vietnam's building ceramics industry has had the strong development in both quantity and quality" – Deputy minister Sinh emphasized.

Asean Ceramics 2023 International Exhibition is a practical activity to support the implementation of State guidelines and policies, contributing to promoting trade promotion, technology transfer, investment cooperation and developing brand image, supporting businesses to restore and develop production and business activities. Asean Ceramics Exhibition 2023 is a prestigious event and will lay the foundation for the next exhibitions. The exhibition best supports the development in the field of construction ceramic production in Vietnam, the ASEAN region and the world, towards a construction ceramic production industry with high productivity and quality; mineral resoures, fuel, energy saving; greenhouse gas emissions reduction and sustainable development.
