Attending at the ceremony were Minister of Construction - Nguyễn Hồng Quân, Deputy Minister of Construction - Nguyễn Trần Nam, Mr. Im Hong Jae - Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Korea in Vietnam, leaders of the Department, Institute, Office of the Ministry of Construction.
During the tenure working in Vietnam, Mr. Yoo Seong Yong had much to contribute to the strengthening and developing cooperation relations between the South Korean and the Ministry of Construction. Especially Mr. Yoo Seong Yong had many positive contributions in finding the fund for priority projects of urban infrastructure development, plays an active role in the organization of Conference, a national workshop in Vietnam - South Korea in the construction field, he himself actively establish specialized construction training programs by the KOICA (Korea International Cooperation Agency) funding in of the policy and urban, to support the training programs for mayors of Vietnam. From the 2006 to now, the position counselors of Construction and Transportation, he helped Korean firms to find the appropriate partner in Vietnam, Vietnam always a destination for the most Business Construction Industry of the Korea within four past years. In recognition of the contributions of Mr. Yoo Seong Yong, on behalf of the Ministry of Construction, Vietnam Construction Industry, Minister Nguyễn Hồng Quân was awarded the campaign medal for achievements of the Construction to Mr. Yoo Seong Yong.
This is recognition of the contributions of Mr. Yoo for the Vietnam Construction Industry. Ministers Quân hope that on new position, Mr. Yoo will continue to interest and help for the Vietnam Ministry of Construction as during his time working in Vietnam.
On this occasion, the Minister of Construction also expressed gratitude to the Ambassador of the interested in support and coordinate closely with the Vietnam Ministry of Construction have contributed to strengthening friendly relations and cooperation between the Vietnam and South Korea.
