The Ministry of Construction visits and gives gifts to support the Cuban Government and People

Deputy Minister of Construction Nguyen Van Sinh and the MoC’s delegation visited the Cuban Embassy in Hanoi on August 25^th to send donations to help Cuba address the aftermaths of the recent oil storage facility fire in presence of representatives of the Central Committee for External Relations, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Vietnam Union of Friendship Organizations, and businesses; Cuban Ambassador Orlando Nicolas Hernandez Guillen and officials of the Embassy of the Republic of Cuba to Vietnam.

On behalf of the Ministry of Construction that currently chairs the Vietnamese sub-committee of the Vietnam-Cuba Inter-governmental Committee, Deputy Minister Sinh extended sympathy to victims of the disaster and wished the injured soon to recover.

Vietnam Northern Food Corporation (Vinafood 1) donated the Cuban Government and people

The Vietnamese donors included the Vietnam Northern Food Corporation (Vinafood 1) and glass and construction ceramic producer Viglacera, and a number of businesses that have not yet cooperated and implemented projects in Cuba but with special affection for the Cuban country and people, always willing to donate, support and encourage the Cuban people such as: Viva Land Development and Management Joint Stock Company; Son My Industrial Park Investment Construction and Infrastructure Trading Limited Company; Tuong Viet Trading and Manufacturing Limited Company; Sunny World Real Estate and Infrastructure Development Investment Group Joint Stock Company; Doji Jewelry Group; Tuan Chau Group; Son Kim Real Estate Joint Stock Company; SUDICO Joint Stock Company; VABIOTECH company.

Mr. Orlando Nicolas Hernandez Guillen thanked Deputy Minister Nguyen Van Sinh, Ministry of Construction and Vietnamese agencies, units and enterprises for supports and donations. He also believed that with the valuable attention and encouragement of Vietnamese Government and People, Cuban Government and People would overcome the difficult period, recover the consequences, and continue to develop in the coming time.
